I'm Jan Dědic, founder of STRAT3X and Clientelo and author of the T.I.T.A.N. acquisition methodology. I help companies move beyond traditional marketing and build data-driven ecosystems that maximize customer lifetime value.

I was born in 1989 in Jeseník. In my youth I raced competitively in cycling and cross-country skiing. With the Fenix Ski Team Jeseník club I won the Czech national title in relays and several individual vice-champion titles.
At 12 years old I became the youngest participant in the history of the Lichnov 24-hour ultramarathon. Together with my father we rode more than 750 km in 24 hours. That endurance has stayed with me in business.
Today I work at the intersection of fundraising, investor acquisition and building customer ecosystems — from TV production through startups to e-commerce and the financial sector.
I'm not an agency, I'm an acquisition partner. I get involved in pricing, share entrepreneurial risk, and focus on total customer yield — not one-off leads.

The Octagon is followed by a routing algorithm that matches the client to a suitable asset type based on data — without sales friction. It automatically detects contradictions: if an investor wants extreme returns but rejects risk, the system flags it before acquisition even starts.
